Mark Hoover has litigated civil cases in the Mid-Michigan area for over 30 years. Mr. Hoover's fields of expertise include General Liability Insurance (automobile third party, first party No-Fault, premises liability, and construction accident cases), Insurance Coverage, Commercial Litigation, and Estates and Trust Litigation.

Mr. Hoover belongs to both the American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan (where he participates in the Negligence Section). He has also served on the Michigan Defense Trial Council (Board of Directors 1990/1994) and as a Hearing Chairman and Panel Member for the Attorney Grievance Commission. Mr. Hoover served six years on the Board of Directors of Walnut Hills Country Club including three years as its President. Mr. Hoover was the co-author of a text intended for the benefit of No-Fault insurers entitled: No-Fault Insurance: The Insurers Perspective.

Most recently, Mr. Hoover was selected for inclusion in the Michigan Super Lawyers list for 2007. He was also selected by his peers for inclusion in the 25th anniversary edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
